Eggstasy material is beautifully translucent when wet creating an effective egg pattern. Use to target trout and steelhead while there are eggs in the water. Light yellows/creams, oranges and light pinks are the colors eggs will be depending on the species, whether they are alive or dead, and how long they have been in the water. Sometimes a slightly different color can get an amazing bite - always have to be prepared . These are tied on jig hooks with a tungsten bead.
The hooks used for this pattern are barbless, 1x short black nickel finished jig hooks. I'll default to gold tungsten beads for the yellowish colors, orange beads for the salmon roe color and silver beads for all the other colors unless you tell me to do differently.
