Squirmies are reliable year-round, but they're definitely my favorite during spring runoff conditions. When the water it high and turbid, and nothing will turn a head, the squirmy will save the day. Absolutely deadly for trout, panfish and bass. A tungsten bead will help this fly get down as they are not the most streamlined flies. These are available in Pink, Blood Worm Red, and Tan in sizes #12 - #16.
